Refund policy


At Krimaa Beauty, we are committed to delivering high-quality beauty products. Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care items, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are not eligible for return.

Returns will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Incorrect product delivered

Return Request Window

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests received after this period will not be accepted.

How to Raise a Return Request

To request a return, please email us at: customercare@krimaabeauty.com

Include:

  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Clear images or video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect product

All requests are subject to verification and approval by our quality team.


Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned unused and in original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Items not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • Krimaa Beauty does not offer exchanges at this time.
  • Customers may place a new order after the refund is completed.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share images of the outer packaging, inner box, and product

Claims without proper evidence may not be accepted.

All returns and refunds are subject to verification.

Krimaa Beauty reserves the right to accept or reject any return request at its sole discretion.
