Shipping policy


At Krimaa Beauty, we aim to deliver your orders in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. All shipments are handled by our trusted logistics partner Delhivery.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.
  • We do not ship internationally as of now but we are working on it.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and serviceability.
  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-metro areas.
  • All delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly communicated on the website.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
  • Orders can be tracked directly through Delhivery’s tracking system using the provided tracking ID.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
  • Krimaa Beauty will not be liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery

  • Delhivery will make multiple delivery attempts before marking an order as undeliverable.
  • If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, re-shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered, or opened:
  • Do not accept the delivery, or
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos

Claims without supporting evidence may not be accepted.

Split Shipments

  • In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
  • Each shipment will have its own tracking information.

Force Majeure

Krimaa Beauty shall not be held liable for delays or failure in delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or courier disruptions.
